01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the 499bat platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members. Your continued use of 499bat after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

Each player may hold only one active account on 499bat. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your real full name as it appears on your national ID or passport.
• A valid mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account.
• A valid email address that you actively monitor.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number or payment details change, you must update your 499bat profile immediately. 499bat is not liable for failed withdrawals caused by outdated account information.

Your account credentials — username and password — are personal and must not be shared with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 499bat support immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

499bat processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash and Nagad. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform. We do not accept bank transfers, credit cards, or third-party payment processors.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the bKash or Nagad number registered on your account only. We do not send funds to third-party wallets.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• During peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• 499bat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All transactions on 499bat are monitored for fraud and money laundering. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, we reserve the right to delay processing and request supporting documentation before releasing funds. This is a standard compliance measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

499bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free plays, and Voucher rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses must be used within 7 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a promotion explicitly allows it.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 499bat and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 499bat staff or other players via any communication channel.

499bat cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that illegal activity has occurred on or through the platform, we will report it to the relevant authorities and provide all requested information.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Account Suspension and Termination

499bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, 499bat reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including real money and bonus funds — held in the suspended account. Where no violation has occurred and an account is closed at 499bat's discretion, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting 499bat support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed to your registered wallet.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 499bat platform — including but not limited to the logo, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 499bat or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 499bat content without prior written permission.

The 499bat name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

499bat provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by:

• Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by bKash, Nagad, or other third-party services.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including game choices and bet sizes.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials.
